In a world full of constant change, stress, and uncertainty, resilience can feel out of reach. But small, intentional actions can help us stay grounded and move forward with clarity. This video introduces the concept of micro-resilience—everyday strategies that support steadiness and purpose when things feel overwhelming. You’ll explore practical ways to incorporate resilience into your daily routines and identify your personal resilience anchors. Leave with tools to build calm, focus, and momentum—one micro-step at a time. This session is ideal for people managers, individual contributors, and anyone navigating uncertainty at work.

You’ll:

  • Understand the concept of micro-resilience and why it matters in times of stress and uncertainty
  • Identify personal “resilience anchors” to create stability and focus in your day-to-day
  • Recognize common workplace triggers and explore ways to respond with intention
