As AI rapidly reshapes how we work, organizations face a critical choice: adopt these tools reactively, or build intentional frameworks that align AI use with your values and long-term goals. This webinar explores how leaders can move beyond the hype to develop practical, ethics-forward AI strategies that consider workforce impact, algorithmic bias, data privacy, and equitable implementation. Whether you're just starting to explore AI tools or already navigating adoption challenges, you'll leave with actionable approaches to ensure your organization's AI journey strengthens rather than undermines your culture and commitments.

What you can expect:

  • A clear framework for evaluating AI tools through an ethical lens
  • Practical questions to ask vendors and internal teams before implementation
  • Strategies for centering employee voice and equity in AI adoption decisions
  • Real-world examples of what ethical AI integration looks like (and common pitfalls to avoid)
